| 10.03.12 | Navy issued Notice of a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the disposal and reuse of the property at Jacksonville Road and Shenandoah Woods Housing in Bucks County. This clears the way for transer of the two properties and that it is anticipated that the Bucks County Redevelopment Authority will negotiate with the Navy for a price for Shenandoah Woods and HUD will be able to convey the Jacksonville Road property to Bucks County Housing Group. |
