11.09.05 Congress approves BRAC list. Base Relocation and Closure Act of 2005 (BRAC 2005) provides for the closure of NAS-JRB Willow Grove and Off-site Housing.
02.16.06 Formal application by Horsham Township Authority to Office of Economic Adjustment (OEA) for recognition as the LRA to plan reuse of all surplus property associated with NAS-JRB Willow Grove, including Off-site Housing.

01.15.09 Department of the Navy letter advising that no federal agencies have expressed interest in acquiring remote housing parcels known as Shenandoah Woods and Jacksonville Road. Navy has declared these housing areas to be surplus property.
01.29.09 HLRA published Public Notice of availability of Surplus Federal Property to State and Local Eligible parties, including Homeless Service Providers. HLRA seeking Notices of Interest (NOI) due July 15, 2009. Workshop to be held April 2, 2009.

HLRA submits the NAS-JRB Willow Grove Off-site Housing Amendment and Supplement to the Redevelopment Plan and Homeless Assistance Submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Department of the Navy for approval of surplus property at Shenandoah Woods and Jacksonville Road housing areas in Bucks County, PA.

HUD sent letter to the HLRA advising that it was HUD's final determination that the revised Redevelopment Plan for NAS-JRB Willow Grove for Off-site Housing at Shenandoah Woods and Jacksonville Road meets the requirements of the Base Community Redevelopment and Homeless Assistance Act of 1994.

03.01.12 Finding of Suitability to Transfer prepared by the Department of the Navy for Shenandoah Woods Housing Complex in Warminster, PA.
10.03.12 Navy issued Notice of a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the disposal and reuse of the property at Jacksonville Road and Shenandoah Woods Housing in Bucks County. This clears the way for transer of the two properties and that it is anticipated that the Bucks County Redevelopment Authority will negotiate with the Navy for a price for Shenandoah Woods and HUD will be able to convey the Jacksonville Road property to Bucks County Housing Group.
05.29.13 Navy transfers the Jacksonville Road property (2.54 acres) to Ivyland Borough to assist the homeless and for uses consistent with the NAS-JRB Willow Grove Off-site Housing Amendment and Supplement to the Redevelopment Plan and Homeless Assistance Submission.

Finding of Suitability to Transfer prepared by Department of the Navy for Shenandoh Woods Housing Complex, Warminister, PA. This FOST supersedes the July 2012 FOST in its entirety due to revisions in Section 3.
