New Hallowell Elementary School

The new Hallowell Elementary School is taking shape!  Foundations placed in the fall of 2015 are now supporting structural steel members that will house the classrooms, library and other educational features in the new school.  As the contractors work to get the structure enclosed, it is exciting to witness the repurposing of the former Horsham Memorial U.S. Army Reserve Center into another community asset.
