- Ratify the actions of the Executive Director in executing a Settlement Release and Agreement that served to resolve the Aldi litigation.
- Approve quarterly meeting schedule for 2021.
- Adopt the 2021 HLRA Budget Resolution #2021-1.
- Adopt the 2021 HLRA Records Disposition Resolution #2021-2.
- Consider the reappointment of Grim, Biehn & Thatcher as HLRA Solicitor for 2021.
- Consider the appointment of the auditor for the year ended December 31, 2020.
- Discussion regarding HAGS plans for main gate relocation.
